It has taught me to know that being in a leadership position, means 

to guide others in directions of visions, being a leader is to inspire 

and motivate others to do things that a others might not be able to 

do. I have also learned that leaders have there on styles, leadership 

traits, integrity, responsibility, and life long learners. Being a good 

leader means you are always learning new ways to lead peoples

as a good leader you should remain focused and dedicated to your 

beliefs so that others are willing to believe in you. Continue to 

work hard and let them see that just because you are a leader does 

not mean you can slack off.

I believe ethics is what help make up me as a person; whether, it's personal or business. If I do not have a good ethical background then I might treat everyone in an unfair way. My honesty would be compromise as well as my loyalty. If you can not trust me to do the things that are fair and good, then my work would suffer and I would have poor work performance.

Managing Stress

managing stress through visualization, helping  me to see the out come before I get start on my task saves me a lot of worries. This material has helped to learn how to relax so that my mind can focus more clearly on the task at hand that I am completing and I can get more accomplished. I have learned to become more efficiency in the things I do. I am still learning to manage my time so that I can be more effective by planing and organizing my assignments. It has helped me to set my priorities in order, so I don't waste valuable time and get stressed over my time running out. It has helped me to do my larger task first and that helps a lot. I know taking deep breathe, being organized, and laughter helps me to relieve any stress I may have.

I hope to learn a variety of things from taking this class this semester. Improving my communication skills and my professional skills as well. Learning new thing that will help me in the technology world is a must. Getting more technology friendly and learning how to use all the tools they have to offer. Learning how to use these technology software can enhance my work skills tremendously, I will be able to process thing a lot faster and get more accomplished in a short amount of time.

It is a honor to make such a prestigious achievement during my spring semester. I have worked very hard to accomplish this achievement and hard work does in fact pays off. This a example of what hard work can do if you put your mind to it and stay focus on the task at hand. I would like to thank my instructors for pushing me to go past my comfort zone and reach out to newer heights. This endeavor has made me realize that I can accomplish my dreams if I work hard and stay focus on what I need to do to accomplish them.
