  3. How important the use of office copiers, fax machines, and shredders are and the cost of control, maintenance, and ethics and etiquette considerations.
  4. Most important is the recycling and other green practices to the businesses and organization are.

I use my global skills while using the internet to do my home work assignments, pay bills on line, shopping online, or sending e-mails. I use my smart phone by using different types of apps to socialize, send and receive texts, and google for quick reffrences. I can improve my global network by updating my technology when it becomes avaiable and making sure I keep up with the latest protection for global use.

Verbal communication skills are important for me to have as an administrative professional for the following reasons..." To be able to communicate with employers, customers, colleagues, and clients from all walks of life. Having good verbal communication skills helps me to relay my information to the receiver so that they understand what message I am sending. In order to have effective verbal communication skills, I have to be a good listener,making good eye contact to ensure that I'm paying that they have my undivided attention. I need to know the type of language to use and the right place for the conversation. Being able to use the right tone, body language, and pitch helps in solving conflicts that may arise on the job. In verbal communication when speaking to someone, they need to be able to understand what is being said in order to carry out the command that was giving to them. Verbal communication has taught me how to communicate in a professional way, whether it's verbal, written.


We are lacking good verbal communication in a lot of areas now, People are forgetting about verbal communication skills in the work place, even in politics.

Your written communication skills is a reflection on you, and your company. How well you are able to communicate effectively reflects a lot on your skills of being complete in what you are relaying, clear understanding, correct in the information you are giving, concise in unnecessary words to let the message across, courteous in your tone shows respect and care for the reader, and being considerate to readers by relaying a positive message. .

This material has helped to learn how to relax so that my mind can focus more clearly on the task at hand that I am completing and I can get more accomplished.
