Having good communication skills are vital to your success in the workplace. Having good written communication skills may help you find and keep your job. Your written communication skills is a reflection on you, and your company. How well you are able to communicate effectively reflects a lot on your skills of being complete in what you are relaying, clear understanding, correct in the information you are giving, concise in unnecessary words to let the message across, courteous in your tone shows respect and care for the reader, and being considerate to readers by relaying a positive message. .
 
 
 
 Always proofread your messages for mispelled words, incorrect grammer, and puncuation.

managing stress through visualization, helping  me to see the out come before I get start on my task saves me a lot of worries. This material has helped to learn how to relax so that my mind can focus more clearly on the task at hand that I am completing and I can get more accomplished. I have learned to become more efficiency in the things I do. I am still learning to manage my time so that I can be more effective by planing and organizing my assignments. It has helped me to set my priorities in order, so I don't waste valuable time and get stressed over my time running out. It has helped me to do my larger task first and that helps a lot. I know taking deep breathe, being organized, and laughter helps me to relieve any stress I may have.
